The Lake House Project

Jim adds a laundry room to the lake house. He also takes a break from the project to host the annual Hot Rods & Home Improvement event to benefit the Adopt-A-Teacher program in DFW. Check out the beautiful cars and the all the people Jim cooked BBQ for.

This may just be a weekend house, but the family will need to have a dedicated area for a washer and dryer. In this episode Jim converts closet space into a laundry room getting the all the electrical and plumbing ready to go.

Also, Jim takes time from the project to host our annual Hot Rods & Home Improvement event featuring a home improvement expo and a classic car show. The crowds come in for the amazing cars and a chance to try Jim’s tasty BBQ.
