Hello Jim. A couple of months ago I asked for a recommendation for a contractor to help fix a leak on our third floor balcony that was leaking onto the ceiling of our second floor dining room. You recommended Guardian Roof Systems here in Houston and I'm glad you did. I never thought about a roofing company fixing a deck or window flashing but Guardian Roof Systems are experts at decking and flashing as well as roofing issues. I was so impressed with the company from the person who took my initial phone call to Raymond and his crew who came out to fix our leaks. Raymond and his crew were able to replace the membrane that had initially been installed incorrectly and add flashing that was missing on our deck window. I was impressed with how Raymond kept me up to date on the project and how the crew cleaned up everything. Once again, thank you for a great recommendation. I've never been more impressed with any contractor I've hired in the past.
